Southern Tactical Blades (STB) sells knives and related merchandise (collectively, the "Merchandise") only to individuals who can legally purchase and own such items in the particular jurisdiction where they reside. Your purchase of Merchandise, whether in person, by telephone, by mail, by fax, or over the Internet, legally binds you and your heirs, assigns, transferees, and personal representatives as follows:
When you order and purchase Merchandise from STB, you represent that you are of legal age to purchase the Merchandise ordered and that the Merchandise can be purchased and owned in your state, county, and/or city of residence. By offering Merchandise for sale, STB does not represent or warrant that any specific purchaser may legally purchase, own, or possess the Merchandise ordered. CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS!
Knives and related STB Merchandise may be dangerous, even deadly, if used improperly, negligently, and/or illegally. When you purchase Merchandise from STB, you agree that you will use the purchased Merchandise in a safe and legal manner, consistent with all applicable laws, recognized safety rules, and good common sense. You further agree that you will train and supervise minors in the use of STB Merchandise and that you will take such steps as may be reasonably necessary or required by applicable law to keep STB Merchandise out of the hands of minors and untrained and/ or immature individuals.
When you purchase Merchandise from STB, you agree to assume all risks related to and/or arising from your ownership and use of the Merchandise and agree to indemnify and hold STB harmless from any and all claims brought by any person or entity against STB related to and/or arising from your ownership and/or use of the Merchandise.
Southern Tactical Blades does its best to accurately represent the Merchandise, through photo, price and copy. Occasionally we make mistakes. If such a mistake should occur, your order will be corrected as the facts may dictate.

We DO NOT ship automatic knives to California and New York.
It is your responsibility to know the knife laws in your State.

Returns are accepted, as long as they are done within 48 hrs (we feel this is enough time to determine if the items in your order are operational and to decide if you wish to keep them). You must obtain a Return Authorization number before shipping your item back, or your return will not be accepted. To obtain a Return Authorization number, please contact us.

You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. The item must be brand new and unused. There is a 5% restocking fee on non-defective items to offset lost shipping, credit card and labor costs. Once we receive the item we will issue a refund. Your refund will be issued in the same form payment was received, unless other arrangements have been made. We do not reimburse shipping costs. We strongly recommend you insure any package being returned to us- if your return is lost or damaged there is nothing we can do.

Returns must be received within 7 days of when the return authorization number was issued to you. After 7 days the RA number will become void, exchanges on hold will be removed from hold, and the return will be rejected and sent back to the customer.

Can I exchange an item if I don't like it?

Exchanges are welcome as long as they are done within 48hrs. You must obtain a Return Authorization number before shipping your item back, or your exchange will not be accepted. To obtain a Return Authorization number, please contact us. There are no restocking fees for exchanges with items of equal or greater value, although shipping charges do apply. We strongly recommend you insure any package being returned to us- if your return is lost or damaged there is nothing we can do. If the item is being returned for a refund, it will be subject to a 5% restocking fee.
