Microtech Mini SOCOM (Manual Action / Vintage Discontinued Model)

The Microtech Mini SOCOM Manual is an iconic piece of early Microtech history — a compact, precision-built folding knife that helped establish the SOCOM series as one of the most respected tactical folders ever made. The Mini SOCOM takes everything that made the full-size SOCOM legendary and delivers it in a smaller, more pocket-friendly platform without sacrificing performance or build quality.

Featuring Microtech’s signature aggressive blade geometry, the Mini SOCOM offers excellent cutting power, clean slicing performance, and a reinforced tip for reliability in real-world use. The manual thumb-stud deployment is crisp and positive, backed by tight tolerances and that unmistakable early-Microtech lockup.

The contoured aluminum handle with textured inlays provides excellent grip and ergonomics, making the knife feel secure and stable despite its smaller footprint. Jimping, edge shaping, and hardware styling all reflect the classic tactical design language from Microtech’s golden era.

With the Mini SOCOM long discontinued and produced in far fewer numbers than the full-size model, clean examples have become increasingly collectible. For enthusiasts building out a vintage Microtech lineup, the Mini SOCOM Manual is considered a must-have.
