Microtech UTX-85 D/E Signature Series DLC Shadow – 232-16DLCTSH
The Microtech UTX-85 232-16DLCTSH delivers the legendary Ultratech design in a slightly more compact, highly carryable package while retaining the fast and authoritative double-action OTF mechanism Microtech is known for.
This Signature Series Shadow configuration features a double-edge dagger blade with an aggressive black DLC finish, complemented by a black anodized aluminum handle and matching blacked-out hardware. The Shadow treatment gives the knife a clean, sinister appearance with virtually every visible component finished in black.
At approximately 85% the size of the Ultratech, the UTX-85 strikes an excellent balance between full-size capability and everyday carry dimensions. The dual-action thumb slide deploys and retracts the blade with the positive action expected from Microtech’s OTF platform.
The 232-16DLCTSH is an excellent choice for the Microtech collector looking for a premium blacked-out Signature Series configuration that remains compact enough for regular carry.
